Leftover roasted veggies and mashed potatoes, reheat.

Mix all of the above together.

Mush around in pan.

    I had leftover kraut and smoked sausages braised in apple juice. Or rather, I had the kraut and the dog had the smoked sausage. We were both pleased.

    Hey, it works. You can put a lot of stuff into mashed potatoes and have it work. That looks kind of like what I’m having for lunch.
